Pulled Potterland Smoked Lamb. Smoked by James in his hand built smoker over our dried Scottish Hardwood for up to 12 hours, this pulled lamb is cooked and best served hot. We will send a minimum of 580g of pulled lamb, being a good serving for 3 – 4 people.
Full re-heat instructions will be included in the parcel.
